To fix performance issues or errors, it is recommended to clear the cache. Here is a quick guide on how to clear the cache on Xbox One:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button located in the center of your controller. This will open the "Power Center" menu.
2. From the Power Center menu, select the "Restart Console" option.

Note: If your console appears to be frozen or you are unable to access the Power Center, you can perform a manual restart. Press and hold the Xbox button located on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, press the Xbox button on the console again to restart it.
